Embraer Launches “E2”, the Second Generation of E-Jets
Paris, France, June 17, 2013 – Embraer S.A. (NYSE: ERJ; BM&F BOVESPA: EMBR3) announces, today, the launch of the second generation of its E-Jets family of commercial aircraft, named the E-Jets E2 and comprising three new airplanes – E175-E2, E190-E2, and E195-E2. The E190-E2 is expected to enter service in the first half of 2018. The E195-E2 is slated to enter service in 2019 and the E175-E2 in 2020.

Istanbul, 12 June 2013: Four years on from the launch of Airport Carbon Accreditation, European airport trade body ACI EUROPE took a moment at its 23rd Annual Congress in Istanbul to give an update on the programme and make a special announcement, about its newly extended geographical reach.
Emirates opens submission ideas for the ‘A Greener Tomorrow’ initiative
DUBAI, U.A.E., 03rd April 2013: Emirates announced today its ‘A Greener Tomorrow’ initiative and has allocated funds of US$150,000 to support environmental or conservation projects. The initiative is open to any established not-for-profit environmental or conservation organisation to support a project with clear environmental outcomes. Funds for the initiative have been raised through internal recycling programmes across the Emirates Group. Emirates recycles more than 5 million kg of materials per annum across various programmes in Dubai.
